FAQS:
So how does it work?
You quote me your net fee for a show if available, I add on a lead generation fee and quote client. If your act is selected then I put you in touch with client to take things further. Once its all confirmed and deposit paid then the lead generation fee is payable by end of month.
What if client changes their mind between saying they want to book and signing contract / paying any deposit?
Then e mail me a copy of the client e mail confirming that and no fee due.
What if a client cancels between paying deposit / signing contract and gig date?
In that case the fee for the sales lead is still payable. Suggest you include cancellation clauses on your contract that states deposit is non-refundable.
What if client wants to postpone date after booking?
You rearrange new date to suit you and client and no further payment due.
What if client wants to rebook?
No additional fees due - If you get a re booking it’s up to you if you charge the extra including the original lead fee and keep the full gross fee yourself.
What if you are unable to fulfil the contract eg illness etc?
If you have exhausted all your network of contacts / options for deps etc then I am happy to help try to source an alternate act through my network of contacts although not guaranteed that I will be able to find someone. |
